MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL - The Minnesota Timberwolves and Lynx are celebrating their upcoming move to the new training center and corporate headquarters in Mayo Clinic Square by hosting a garage sale featuring more than 5,000 pieces of team apparel, collectibles, framed art and more. The garage sale takes place Tuesday, May 19 through Thursday, May 21 in the skyway level of Target Center. Sale proceeds will benefit the Wolves and Lynx community foundations.
The garage sale hours are:
- 7 a.m.-9 p.m., Tuesday, May 19
- 10 a.m.-6 p.m. on Wednesday, May 20 and Thursday, May 21
Team memorabilia from every era of Timberwolves & Lynx basketball will be available. Fans will have the chance to acquire some rare collectibles and autographed items from current and past Wolves and Lynx players. Items range from yearbooks from the Timberwolves inaugural season to team signed balls from the 2014-15 Wolves roster, framed jerseys, game-worn autographed shoes and more.
Timberwolves and Lynx members will receive $10 off for every $30 they spend at the garage sale.
