Wolves Radio Network Expands To 28 Stations For 2012-13





The Minnesota Timberwolves today announced the expansion of the team's radio network, bringing the total number of affiliates carrying Wolves' games to 28 for the 2012-13 season. This is the most affiliates carrying Timberwolves games since the 2005-06 season.

The Wolves begin their second season on their flagship station, 830 WCCO-AM with the home opener Friday vs. Sacramento, pregame at 6:30 p.m., and tip-off at 7:00 p.m. Timberwolves radio play-by-play announcer Alan Horton begins his sixth season calling Wolves action. Horton is joined during the pregame, halftime and postgame shows by studio host John Focke.
