Timberwolves Announce 2006-07 Ticket Prices

The Minnesota Timberwolves today announced their season ticket prices for the 2006-07 NBA season, with more than 12,000 Target Center seats having season ticket price reductions. The team will continue its two-tiered pricing structure, with large discounts given to tickets purchased as part of a season ticket package.

"As an organization, we realize the importance of the '6th Fan' and what it means to our team on the court, that's why we've reduced two-thirds of our season ticket prices," said Timberwolves President Chris Wright. "We want to make sure that Target Center continues to be one of the best home-court advantages in the NBA." Details of the Timberwolves' 2006-07 ticket prices follow:

·Totals for the 2006-07 Timberwolves season ticket prices: 12,243 seats will be reduced, 1,435 seats will remain the same and 3,228 seats will see a less-than-inflationary increase of only $1 or $2 per game. There will be additional price increases for 1,712 seats.

Additional benefits for these seat holders next year include a pre-game dinner and new padded seat.

·A full-season ticket package can be purchased for as low as $430.

·Nearly 7,000 tickets available on a season-ticket basis in the upper level are priced at $12 per game or less.
