Minnesota Timberwolves forward Kevin Love today announced that he has once again partnered with Comcast and The Salvation Army to host a coat drive to help those in need this winter. Beginning today and ending on Dec. 12, Love is inviting all fans to bring new and gently used coats to any of eight metro-area drop-off locations, including the Target Center Box Office and Comcast service centers. Love will deliver all donations to The Salvation Army on Dec. 19.
"Cold weather is here and many people are in need of winter coats," Love said. "With the support of The Salvation Army, Comcast and Wolves fans, we can make a difference again this winter for those in need."
To support his Coat Drive, Love will be posing for photos with fans at Best Buy in Inver Grove Heights on Dec. 1. Fans are encouraged to donate a coat and meet Kevin on that day.
As a thank you to those who donate, Love has purchased tickets to the Timberwolves' Dec. 26 game vs. the Houston Rockets and the Dec. 29 game vs. the Phoenix Suns. Fans will receive a pair of tickets to one of these games for each coat they donate (limit four tickets per family on a first come, first served basis while supplies last). Love and The Salvation Army will be accepting coat donations at the following locations through Dec. 12:
 Target Center Box Office (600 First Ave N.)
 Comcast - Brooklyn Park (8401 West Broadway Ave.)
 Comcast - Inver Grove Heights (5300 South Robert Trail)
