The LifeTime Fitness centers continued their Ultimate Hoops Shootout Challenge Friday night during the Timberwolves home game on Friday evening.

As the challenge goes, four contestants are given 30 seconds to make as many 3-pointers as possible.

The winner of each initial round is sent to the championship round that’s being held in March.

Friday’s contest hosted four gentlemen from the Fridley LifeTime Fitness: Casey, Brigsley, Mike and Paris.

First up was Casey, who was steady in completing six 3-pointers. Brigsley followed his efforts by smoothly swishing eight shots.

As the competition began to heat up, the next contestant Mike tensed up and only made four of his 3-point attempts.

That left only a confident contestant named Paris to take out Brigsley. Paris struggled at first, but finally found his rhythm with seconds to go. He completed 7 shots in the first 25 seconds and with one second remaining, Paris threw up one final attempt.

The crowd waited anxiously as the ball rolled around the rim and fell through. Paris and Brigsley move on, each making eight 3-pointers in the 30-second span. Each will be apart of the final competition in March for a chance to win the Ultimate Hoops Prize Pack.
