Phoenix Suns first-round draft pick Kendall Marshall will make his first public appearance on Friday, June 29, at 1 pm on the plaza of US Airways Center, to help launch the team’s new Hoops Hub.
The newest member of the Suns will greet fans and sign autographs inside the Hoops Hub, an interactive mobile experience outfitted with a Suns sport court, basketball hoop, replica locker room, team history wall and memorabilia case, and built-in TVs for gaming.
The Suns teamed with Scottsdale-based, BizBox, to create the mobile experience, the first of its kind for Suns fans. BizBox, which encourages businesses to think outside of the box, aims to help companies offer a tangible, interactive experience to their customers.
The “Hoops Hub” will serve as an expansion to the club’s ongoing Operation Orange campaign, a community outreach program offering fans a way to interact with the Suns through family-friendly events, activities and charitable causes.
