Phoenix Suns and St. Mary's Food Bank Alliance to Hold "Can The Spurs" Food Drive December 18

The Phoenix Suns are encouraging fans to help fight hunger in the Valley this holiday season, when the team partners with St. Mary’s Food Bank to host a “Can the Spurs” food drive on Wednesday, December 18 at US Airways Center. The drive will begin at 5:30 p.m. prior to the Suns home matchup with the San Antonio Spurs.

Suns fans will receive one raffle ticket for every five canned food items donated and will be entered for the chance to win one of three autographed basketballs signed by Eric Bledsoe, Goran Dragic or Channing Frye. Donations will be collected at each entrance to the arena, with all contributions benefitting St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance to assist Arizona families in need during the holiday season.

Limited tickets are still available for the Suns matchup against the San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday, December 18 at US Airways Center. Tipoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. Like the Suns on the court, good seats are going fast! Make sure to get yours today at Suns.com, before they’re gone.
