SPORTS BUZZ TO DEBUT ON DEC. 12 ON TRUE OLDIES WMTI 106.1 FM
Radio Color Analyst Gerry Vaillancourt to host afternoon sports radio show

The New Orleans Hornets announced today that their daily radio show, Sports Buzz will debut on Monday, Dec. 12 on the teams new flagship station, True Oldies WMTI 106.1 FM.
The show will be hosted by Hornets radio color analyst Gerry Vaillancourt and will air Monday through Friday during afternoon drive time. Vaillancourt will cover all Hornets news and upcoming events, as well as stories around the sports world.

The year round show will broadcast from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 pm.
All games will air live on True Oldies WMTI 106.1 FM in New Orleans and remaining on WEMX 94.1FM in Baton Rouge. It will be the first season that Hornets games will broadcast on WMTI 106.1 FM. The agreement includes all pre-season, regular-season and playoff games. All broadcasts will include a pre-game and post-game studio show, as well. The Hornets OT post-game show will broadcast directly following Hornets games.
