Entire Hornets schedule to be unveiled Aug. 10

The New Orleans Hornets were not included in any of the 20 nationally-televised games announced during an hour-long NBA TV show tonight, meaning all details of the team’s 82-game schedule will be made official on Tuesday, Aug. 10. The Hornets were given a total of nine games on national TV last season (ESPN, TNT, ABC), but based on past history, that number may potentially decrease after the club’s first non-playoff finish since 2007. Including New Orleans, there are 12 NBA teams that were not mentioned on the 20-game early release. The others are New Jersey, Philadelphia, Toronto, Cleveland, Detroit, Indiana, Milwaukee, Charlotte, Dallas, San Antonio and Minnesota.
