How has this process been going for you?
It’s been tremendous, playing against the best players in the country as well as showcasing yourself. It’s been a wonderful journey.
When you come into these workouts, what do you focus on?
Building relationships. Do what I do and don’t try to deviate from what brought me here. That’s basically it.
If drafted, how do you see yourself fitting in with the Nuggets?
It’s a fast paced team. There’s a lot of intensity. They run and shoot the ball. They play aggressive. Those are qualities that will help me fit in right away.
What do you want the Nuggets organization or the fans to know about you?
I’m a competitor. I’m a person who competes no matter what the ups and downs are.
Who would you compare your game to in the NBA?
I model my game after Wilson Chandler, Draymond Green, Paul Millsap and Kevin Garnett.
What does the rest of your summer look like?
I got a pro day tomorrow and then after that I’m going to see what the rest of my workouts look like.
