Denver, Apr. 2, 2017 – The Denver Nuggets have recalled rookie guard Malik Beasley from the Sioux Falls Skyforce of the NBA Development League, General Manager and Executive Vice President of Basketball Operations Tim Connelly announced today.
In this latest stint, Beasley appeared in four games for the Skyforce and averaged 23.5 points, 10.5 rebounds and 4.5 assists in 32.0 minutes per game. He scored a D-League career-high 32 points to go with a D-League career-high 19 rebounds and seven assists vs. the Oklahoma City Blue on Mar. 30. Overall this season Beasley has appeared in 16 games for the Skyforce, averaging 18.9 points, 7.6 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.10 steals in 31.1 minutes per game.
Beasley will be available for Denver’s game tonight at Miami.
