Denver, Feb. 28, 2017 – The Denver Nuggets have assigned rookie guard Malik Beasley to the Sioux Falls Skyforce of the NBA Development League, General Manager and Executive Vice President of Basketball Operations Tim Connelly announced today.
This will be Beasley’s fourth assignment to Sioux Falls, where he has appeared in seven total games and averaged 17.7 points, 5.4 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.40 steals in 30.3 minutes per game. He scored a D-League career-high 23 points to go with 10 rebounds and three steals in a win over the Oklahoma City Blue on Feb. 22.
Beasley has appeared in 18 games for the Nuggets this season, averaging 2.7 points in 4.9 minutes.
