When NBA players find a rhythm, they feel as though they can’t miss.
On a spring night in Denver, Nuggets forward Bobby Jones really didn’t miss.
Jones went 12-for-12 from the field as the Nuggets beat the Golden State Warriors 123-11 at McNichols Arena on March 15, 1978. It was the most attempts with out a miss in Denver franchise history.
Jones finished with 29 points, seven rebounds, three assists and three steals.
The field-goal mark was later matched by former Nuggets big man Nene, who went 12-for-12 against the Utah Jazz on Jan. 25, 2009.
