Magic's First Round Schedule Announced

ORLANDO -- The National Basketball Association has announced that the Orlando Magic will begin its 2011 first round, best-of-seven NBA playoff series against the Atlanta Hawks on Saturday, April 16th at 7 p.m. at the Amway Center. The game will be televised nationally by ESPN and locally by either Sun Sports or FOX Sports Florida. Orlando will host Games 1 and 2, and if necessary Games 5 and 7.

Game 1 - Saturday, April 16, 7:00 p.m., Sun Sports/ESPN (Orlando, Amway Center)

Game 2 - Tuesday, April 19, 7:30 p.m., Local TV TBD/NBA TV (Orlando, Amway Center)

Game 3 - Friday, April 22, Time TBD, Local TV TBD/ESPN 2 and ESPN 3D (Atlanta)

Game 4 – Sunday, April 24, 7:00 p.m., Local TV TBD/TNT (Atlanta)

Game 5 - Tuesday, April 26, Time TBD, Local TV TBD/National TV TBD, (Orlando, Amway Center), If necessary

Game 6 - Thursday, April 28, Time TBD, Local TV TBD/National TV TBD (Atlanta), If necessary

Game 7 - Saturday, April 30, Time TBD, Local TV TBD/TNT (Orlando, Amway Center), If necessary

All games will be broadcast on the Magic Radio Network (Flagship: AM 580 WDBO) and in Spanish (AM 1270 WRLZ).

Full season tickets are now available for next season by calling 407-89-MAGIC or logging on to orlandomagic.com. Season ticket holders are given the first priority for Magic playoff tickets. Ticket highlights in 2011-12 include: 2,500 seats priced $20 or less, 8,000 seats priced $40 or less, and for the second straight year a $5 per game ticket (while supplies last).
