ORLANDO – The Orlando Magic have waived guards Keith Appling and Jordan Sibert, General Manager Rob Hennigan announced today. Orlando’s roster now stands at 17.
After clearing waivers, the two will join the Magic's D-League team, the Erie Bayhawks.
