It’s never too early to start evaluating matchups that the Orlando Magic may have to contend with come playoff time.
While rosters may certainly change by the trade deadline and other factors such as injuries may alter lineups by the start of the postseason, it’s intriguing to begin analyzing potential playoff series’.
Since most NBA observers believe there are only six or seven teams that have a realistic chance of capturing the NBA championship this season, I decided to lay out position-by-position matchups between the Magic and the other “elite” teams in the NBA.
After reviewing the lineups (which are the projected lineups each team is expected to have by the start of the playoffs), vote on what you think the outcome would be should Orlando play that opponent in a seven-game playoff series.
