Cohen's Analysis: Perhaps it’s one of those caught-up-in-the-moment theories, but it sure feels like each win the Orlando Magic accumulate was more impressive, more revealing and more encouraging than the previous victory.
Sure, when the season is complete, we will all celebrate and remember the Magic’s victory over Dwight Howard and the Lakers in Los Angeles. That triumph will probably receive its own certificate of honor.
But, from the two wins over the scorching hot Warriors to the late-game heroic performances in both Phoenix and Charlotte to the come-from-behind victory over the Wolves on Monday, you can’t help but feel added confidence in the Magic as more and more wins continue to rack up.
With a breeze of a schedule on the horizon (two games against Washington and two home contests vs. Utah and New Orleans), it’s very feasible for Orlando to be over .500 by the end of the month.
