OrlandoMagic.com’s Josh Cohen tags a percentage to each player that may start at each position for the Magic on opening night.
CENTER
Nikola Vucevic – 100%
As long as he is healthy, which he currently is despite missing 25 games last season with ankle problems and a concussion; Vucevic will be the starting center on opening night. It will be an important year for Nik to continue making strides, especially considering he is entering the final year of his rookie contract. Already an excellent rebounder and pick-and-pop offensive player, Vucevic hopes to become more of a rim protector on defense and a pick-and-roll specialist on offense. He also has been working diligently on his footwork and touch around the basket.
