Ranking Magic's Most Significant Challenges in 2014‑15
1 / 5#5 Schedule Josh Cohen’s Analysis: At first glance, it is a haunting schedule. The Magic open up playing 17 of their first 25 games on the road, including a six-game trip out West along with visits to Eastern Conference powers Cleveland, Toronto, Washington and Brooklyn in November. The Magic won a league-worst four games on the road last year. As a result, it will be a point of emphasis during training camp for the Magic to learn to adjust to hostile environments and in exhausting traveling conditions. By Christmas, the schedule will soften up. The Magic have big home stands in late December, February and March.
