Bam Adebayo, Kentucky Adebayo is the quintessential power player. Some feel he’s similar to Shawn Kemp. Adebayo runs the floor extremely well. He’s extraordinarily athletic and agile. His body is already developed. He’s often the strongest, most forceful player on the court. Adebayo is a very good shot blocker. While he’s not the tallest, Adebayo gets off the ground as well as any prospect we’ve seen in recent years. He has an outstanding vertical leap and he’s extremely explosive. Because he’s so mobile and agile, Adebayo chases down opponents in transition and comes up with blocks from behind. Adebayo is a very good rebounder. He outmuscles opponents down low and uses his strong frame to throw them off balance. He’s very physical and has high energy. He usually outjumps others and comes up with a lot of putback buckets.
