Cohen's Analysis: It’s always sad when one of your favorites decides to hang it up for good. It’s especially emotional when the player spent his entire career in one city and stayed committed to the team and community during all the ups and downs.

There was a very unique bond between the Pacers and their adored hero, Reggie Miller, who never shied away from the spotlight and the pressure-packed moments.

And it really showed on that poignant night in Indiana in May of 2005. Even the opponents, the Pistons, took the time to applaud Miller's storied career.
