New Utah Jazz license plates are available to the public through the Utah Division of Motor Vehicles, effective Feb. 17, with proceeds benefitting women and children through Larry H. Miller Charities.
Utah Jazz license plates can be ordered through the mail or purchased at statewide DMV offices. Special group plates consist of a five-character combination on the right with the Jazz note on the left and “Utah Jazz” in block letters on the bottom.
To obtain a special group plate by mail, please submit a copy of your current registration, any documentation required for the special plate, a check for $43 that includes $15 for the cost of the plate, $25 initial contribution for Larry H.
