How do I find my tickets for mobile entry?
Mobile ticketing is enabled for all games and events at State Farm Arena for tickets purchased directly through the Hawks or Ticketmaster. To access tickets, go to the home page on the Hawks+StateFarmArena mobile app and select My Tickets. Log in using your account credentials and your tickets will appear.
How do I send my tickets to someone else?
Tickets can be transferred through our app. Login, visit the Tickets tab to access your tickets. Sign in with your email and password and you will see your tickets for each game. Tap Send, select the number of tickets you want to send, and then email or text the link to the recipient.
How do I sell my tickets if I cannot attend a game?
Verified tickets can be posted on sale via Ticketmaster Exchange, the only guaranteed reseller platform. On the Hawks+StateFarmArena app, visit the tickets tab, select the event, and click sell. Follow the prompts to put your seats up for sale. If you are still running into issues posting your tickets for re-sale, please contact your account representative or text (866) 715-1500 for assistance.
How do I know if my seats sold?
When posting through your Atlanta Hawks Account Manager and Ticketmaster Exchange you will receive an email from TicketMaster updating you once your ticket(s) have sold.
What if I forget my Hawks Account password?
Visit your account manager and use the Forgot Password function. If you experience issues with your tickets at a game or event, please call or text our membership team at 1-866-715-1500. Representatives are unable to reset your password for you.
When does my Membership renew?
Memberships renew annually on March 15 for the upcoming season if an account is on auto-renew. Some accounts may have a March 1 deadline, if applicable.
How do I know if my Membership is on auto-renew?
If your account is set up on our monthly payment plan then you are automatically enrolled for renewal for the following season. You can also confirm if you are enrolled for automatic renewal by contacting your account representative.
Do I receive a renewal discount each season?
Yes. Renewal discounts is one of our top benefits of being a Member. Pricing for next season is to be determined. Your representative will reach out to you directly once pricing and details have been set regarding your renewal for the following season.

You can make a payment or update your payment information on your Hawks Account or by clicking here
