The Indiana Pacers announced Thursday they have recalled forward/center Shayne Whittington from their affiliate in the NBA’s Development League, the Fort Wayne Mad Ants.
Whittington, in his second year out of Western Michigan, has appeared in 34 games for the Mad Ants, averaging 12.1 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 1.5 steals. The 6-11 center has also appeared in four games this season for the Pacers.
