Pacers Assign Rakeem Christmas and Joe Young To Mad Ants

The Indiana Pacers announced Tuesday they have assigned forward Rakeem Christmas and guard Joe Young to their affiliate in the NBA's Development League, the Fort Wayne Mad Ants.

Christmas, a second-year forward out of Syracuse, has appeared in three games for the Pacers so far this season. He has also played in five games on assignment with the Mad Ants this year, averaging 13.0 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 1.6 blocks per game.

Young, a second-year guard out of Oregon, has played in 20 games for the Pacers this season, averaging 2.7 points per game. This will be Young's first stint in the D-League this season.
