Kevin Seraphin is Dunking His Way Through the Offseason

Those with social media know that Pacers center Kevin Seraphin isn't shy about posting to Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitter.

Although his season ended just weeks ago, Seraphin has already posted a number of times showing his vigorous offseason workouts. On Thursday, Seraphin hopped in a pickup game at a local gym, and didn't take it easy against his opponents.

After catching the ball on the block with his back to the basket, someone can be heard telling Seraphin to "dunk it," and the center obliged, spinning past his defender and throwing it down. As Seraphin explained in his caption: "At first I was trying to take it easy but then I realize it's not in my nature."

If you've ever wondered what it would be like to guard an NBA player, Seraphin's video might be a good example.

Not all of the offseason is fun and games. Seraphin has posted clips and pictures of his workouts so far, including pushing a sled with over 400 pounds (including his trainer) on it.
