Joffrey Lauvergne is a 21-year-old well-travelled Frenchman. Lauvergne played for three different clubs in the 2012-13 season.
He opened the year playing in seven league and seven Euroleague games for French club Chalon, averaging 5.9 points and 4.1 rebounds in league play and 6.6 points and 3.6 rebounds against Euroleague competition.
Lauvergne then moved to Spanish club Valencia, where he appeared in five league games, averaging 5.8 points and 3.8 rebounds in 9.2 minutes.
Lauvergne's best play has come since the start of the new year, when he moved to Serbian club Partizan. In 13 Adriatic League games, he averaged 5.2 points on 58.5 percent shooting. Since, he's averaged 11.0 points and 6.9 rebounds in 20 league games, shooting a very impressive 70 percent from the field. He's posted two double-doubles in his last five games.
