Pacers.com Report
Pacers guard Stephen Jackson was released from Methodist Hospital today and is listed as questionable for Saturday's game against Detroit in Conseco Fieldhouse.

Jackson was injured in the second quarter of the Pacers' 105-79 rout of the Lakers Wednesday night. On a hard drive to the basket, he collided with Lakers forward Brian Cook, drawing an offensive foul. He landed hard on his lower back and, after several minutes on the court, Jackson was carried off by Scot Pollard and David Harrison, placed on a stretcher and moved straight to an ambulance.

Jackson was taken to Methodist Hospital, where he was diagnosed with a hip contusion and elbow abrasion. Initial evaluation revealed no fractures. He was kept overnight for observation. When further examination confirmed the initial diagnosis, he was released.
