The Big Ten Conference announced Sunday afternoon that Indianapolis will host the 2012-15 Big Ten Football Championship Games and the 2014 and 2016 Big Ten Men's and Women's Basketball Tournaments. "This is a great win for us today," said Susan Williams, Indiana Sports Corp president. "These events will bring hundreds of thousands of visitors to our city over the next few years. Our city will repeatedly be on display to a national television audience, and these events create wonderful experiences for citizens of Indiana and the youth of our region.

"Indiana Sports Corp is proud to have led this bid effort, which also included the State of Indiana, City of Indianapolis, Pacers Sports & Entertainment, the Indianapolis Colts, the ICVA, and USA Football. Each of these entities continues to be a great partner."

"Pacers Sports Entertainment is delighted to continue as a partner in this effort", stated Rick Fuson, Chief Operating Officer of Pacers Sports & Entertainment, "These events are extremely important for the Indianapolis community, and we are so pleased that this enables us to host seven Big Ten Men's and Women's Basketball Tournaments in a nine year period in Conseco Fieldhouse."
