Georgia Street Improvement Project

INDIANAPOLIS – The on-going Georgia Street improvement project by the City of Indianapolis will extend to the area between Pennsylvania and Meridian streets on Thursday, January 27 and officials from Pacers Sports & Entertainment, Conseco Fieldhouse and the City’s Dept. of Public Works are working together to assure minimal inconveniences for fans attending any events at Conseco Fieldhouse.

This specific part of the project will include the removal of sidewalks and ultimately lead to one-lane, west-bound traffic.
“We’re confident our fans and customers will not adversely be affected by this project, and we believe that this great downtown addition will offer a wonderful gathering site just outside Conseco Fieldhouse for years to come,” offered PS&E Chief Operating Officer Rick Fuson.
