To keep the Lakers perfect at 6-0, Kobe Bryant and Shaquille O’Neal played about as perfectly as could be asked. The duo combined for 66 points, as the Lakers rolled past Orlando, 108-95.

O’Neal racked up 38 points, 18 rebounds and four blocks, while Bryant held his own with 28 points (8-of-13).

The Lakers led by just four heading into the final quarter, and that’s when Bryant took over.

The Lower Merion High alum scored 12 points in the fourth to push the Lakers to victory.

Bryant also went 12-of-14 at the foul line, as L.A. survived a near-triple-double from Grant Hill (21 points, 13 rebounds, nine assists) and 22 points from Tracy McGrady.

Bryant fouled out with 24 seconds left in the game, but the purple and gold had already cemented the final score by then.
