Injury Update from Phoenix

PHOENIX — The Lakers had nine players able to practice on Tuesday in Phoenix, resulting in some spirited three-on-three action to close the session, which was won by the trio of Jordan Clarkson, Wesley Johnson and Jordan Hill.

Here’s an update on the players on the injury report, including their statuses for Wednesday's game at New Orleans:

BRYANT, PRICE QUESTIONABLE FOR NEW ORLEANS
After missing the team’s games at Utah and Phoenix, Kobe Bryant and Ronnie Price are officially listed as questionable to play in New Orleans. If they're able to play, Jeremy Lin and Wayne Ellington would go back to the bench.

Bryant arrived just after the team’s practice in Phoenix and was on the team flight to New Orleans, while Price participated partially in practice with “the instruction to use his right arm as little as possible.” Byron Scott said he thinks Bryant will be able to play, but wants to wait and see how the 19-year veteran feels at shootaround on Wednesday.

BLACK OUT
Tarik Black left the game in Phoenix with a sprained ankle, did not practice on Tuesday and will not play on Wednesday. His status for Friday’s game in San Antonio is uncertain, but he could miss that contest as well.

BOOZER PROBABLE
Carlos Boozer did not practice on Tuesday due to a left tricep contusion, but he is listed as probable and is expected to come off the bench.
