One of the more mysterious potential first-rounders, Rodions Kurucs has spent the year playing in Spain for FC Barcelona's "B team." Though he has yet to play with the big guys, Kurucs has already caught some attention thanks to his textbook shooting mechanics and NBA range.
A perimeter scorer who thrives off of spot-up looks, Kurucs also has some positional flexibility considering that he has played both forward spots and even a bit of shooting guard. And though the teenager underwent knee surgery in September, he nonetheless displayed a combination of athleticism and length that helped him finish at the hoop in the Spanish secondary league.
