Kobe Makes First Post-Retirement Appearance on 'Ellen'

Two weeks into his retirement, Kobe Bryant made his first media appearance on "The Ellen Degeneres Show" on Wednesday.

The 20-year veteran looked back on scoring 60 points in his career finale, commented on his relationship with fellow former Laker Shaquille O'Neal and more.

“I was pretty calm, because it doesn’t really dawn on you (initially),” Bryant said of his last game. “But then I walked in the arena and you can kind of feel the electricity. You kind of start getting a little nostalgic and then you realize everybody is here to watch this final game — don’t suck.”

After the interview, Bryant had some fun at the expense of an aesthetician. In a room filled with hidden cameras, Degeneres had Bryant prank the unsuspecting woman by telling her in great detail about his imaginary sweating problem.
