SEASON SUMMARY
Playing a career-high in minutes led to Jordan Hill's career statistical season across much of the box score, though he struggled to establish consistency as he switched between the four and the five and through different frontcourt partners. He managed to post 22 double-doubles, but shot a career-low 45.9 percent from the field as he stretched his game to the perimeter and worked to improve his conditioning to better handle increased playing time.

IN HIS OWN WORDS
“(Head coach) Byron (Scott) wanted to see more energy out of me this season that I didn't show. He was praising me last year about my energy, and he just was disappointed he didn't see that (same level). ... I agree with him. The first month I was showing the energy, but the first time having all these minutes on my hand, I started feeling myself getting tired and fatigued. I tried to pace myself a little more, and the energy started to slide off a little bit.”
