-The Event Raises Money for 15 Local Nonprofits-

SACRAMENTO, Calif. – The Sacramento Kings and the Sacramento Kings Foundation host the second annual Rhythm 'N Rims on Sunday, Oct. 13. The event was created to raise awareness and money for local nonprofits. This year's event takes place downtown on Capitol Mall, and features a full-team Kings exhibition game in a temporary arena built specifically for the event. The event is free to the public.

Rhythm 'N Rims starts with a 5K walk beginning and ending at the Capitol. Those interested in walking can register at www.rhythmnrims.org. Each Kings player is the honorary captain of a walk team directly benefiting one of the participating nonprofits. The nonprofit walk groups will meet with their player before the game.
