Kings Sign Quincy Miller to A Second 10-Day Contract

SACRAMENTO, Calif. ---- The Sacramento Kings announced today that the team has signed Quincy Miller to a second 10-day contract, according to Kings General Manager Pete D’Alessandro. Miller will be eligible to play in tonight’s contest against the Cavaliers.

Miller signed his first 10-day contract on January 17 after averaging a NBA D-League-leading 26.3 points (.522 FG%, .356 3pt%, .895 FT%), 7.6 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 1.5 steals and league-best 3.7 blocks in 14 games for the Reno Bighorns, Sacramento’s NBA D-League affiliate. Upon joining the Kings, Miller saw action in two contests, totaling 14 points (3-11 FG, 1-4 3pt, 7-9 FT), eight rebounds, two assists, two steals and two blocks in 40 minutes off the bench.

Originally selected by Denver with the 38th overall selection in the 2012 NBA Draft, the 6-10, 220-pound forward posted averages of 4.5 points (.366 FG%, .702 FT%), 2.5 rebounds and 0.54 blocks in 59 games (started 16) over two seasons for the Nuggets.
