Preview: Kings (4-9) vs Raptors (8-4)

An overtime victory netted the Toronto Raptors a 113-111 victory in Denver on Friday evening, moving them to an 8-4 mark on the season. In their past 10 games, Toronto has netted seven wins, with a 4-1 road record.

DeMar DeRozan leads the NBA with 33 points per outing. He’s scored under 30 in only two contests this season – one of which came versus Sacramento. Meanwhile, DeRozan’s backcourt teammate Kyle Lowry is tallying an impressive 19 points, seven assists and five rebounds per game.

In the teams’ last meeting, Sacramento fought back for a come-from-behind victory, led by DeMarcus Cousins and Rudy Gay's 45-combined points. DeRozan led Toronto with 23, as Cousins secured the win with a game-sealing block in the contest’s final minutes while Gay hit a clutch three-point field goal.

The Kings hope to end a four-game losing skid, with three home games remaining before the team departs on a lengthy east coast road swing.

Key Matchup
DeMar Derozan will likely match up across from Rudy Gay and Arron Afflalo throughout the game. The Sactown duo will need to limit the Association’s leading scorer in order to duplicate the previous meeting’s result.
