Preview: Kings (20-31) vs Bulls (25-26)

The Bulls head into Sacramento to face the Kings for the second time in recent weeks. Since last facing the Kings, the team from the Windy City has gone 3-3 and seen their star players featured heavily in the national spotlight.

Most recently, Chicago played a close game on the road against the Houston Rockets. The Bulls came up just short in overtime against the Rockets, losing 121-117. The Bulls had six players score in double-digits, but it wasn’t enough to secure a win. James Harden helped the Rockets to victory by racking up 42 points, 12 rebounds and nine assists.

The Kings head into Monday’s game coming off an impressive 109-106 victory over the Golden State Warriors. Playing in front of an electric home crowd, DeMarcus Cousins helped the Kings win with a near triple-double performance - 32 points, 12 rebounds and nine assists. Led by Darren Collison’s 18 points, five other Kings contributed double-digits in scoring,

With a win against the Bulls, the Kings can get their record over .500 on this early February homestand.

Key Matchup
The Kings wing players will have their hands full with Jimmy Butler having the best season of his career. The three-time All-Star is in the midst of career-highs in multiple statistical categories, including points (24.6), rebounds (6.5) and assists (4.8) per game.
