It all started with a simple tweet and ended in a moment one Kansas Jayhawks fan won’t soon forget.
While visiting Sacramento on the eve of his second pre-Draft workout with the Kings, Kansas guard Frank Mason received a tweet on Tuesday night from Jeremy Morioka. Jeremy told Frank about how excited he was to have Frank back in Sacramento and how his son would be thrilled to get to meet him.
Frank took notice of the tweet, which led to this exchange:
With a new lifelong fan made, Mason has already made the most of his follow up visit to Sacramento outside of the lines and will now look to continue to impress on the hardwood during his second workout for the Kings.
