Breaking Madden: DeMarcus Cousins Edition

Known as one of the most gifted big men in the NBA, DeMarcus Cousins’ versatility is often on display with guard-like crossovers, passing ability and shooting touch.

Cousins’ one-of-a-kind combination of strength, footwork, vision, handles and shooting have made him a prime candidate for “what if?” scenarios, with DMC himself getting in on the fun during the Olympics.

Now, we’ve chosen to take No. 15 to the gridiron as a member of his favorite NFL team in the Madden NFL series to see how the Kings All-Star fares on the field.

See below as Boogie and the Raiders face the New Orleans Saints.

Although Madden didn’t break, NFL records did, as the 6-foot-11, 270-pound running back recorded League records of 382 rushing yards and six rushing touchdowns. Oakland defeated New Orleans by a 45-6 tally thanks to Boogie’s Barry Sanders-like moves and Marshawn Lynch-like strength in the running game.
