Last night, Clippers guard Jamal Crawford was browsing through his twitter account and a young fan’s tweet to him stood out.
Jamal retweeted the tweet and made sure that when he walked out on the Moda Center floor in Portland for pregame warm ups Sunday night, the young fan would be waiting for him to say hi.
“I wouldn’t be in this position without the fans,” Crawford said. “It means so much to me when people wear my jersey or in this case, make a shirt with my name on it. I feel truly blessed to be in the position I am.”
The young fan got autographs and pictures with almost every member of the team pregame and Jamal made sure he had postgame passes to see the guys on the way out of town.
