General Questions


How many people do you need in order to receive a special group ticket price?

Groups of 10 or more qualify for a special group ticket rate.

Where is the Target Center located?

The Target Center is located in downtown Minneapolis at 600 First Avenue North.

Where do we enter the game?

Entry to Target Center is located on skyway level of the arena.

What time do Target Center gates open?

All gates open 60 minutes prior to game time, unless otherwise noted. General public entry is on skyway level of Target Center.

How can I add food and beverage to my group experience?

Contact your Timberwolves representative to learn more or visit our Group Upgrades Info.

How do I get my group's name on the scoreboard?

• As part of your group experience, your group’s name will be included in the group welcome messages displayed on the scoreboard at halftime. • Upgrade your group outing by adding a specialized scoreboard message that stands on its own! A great ideas for birthdays, anniversary or special shoutouts.  • To have a specialized message, contact your Timberwolves representative or click hereGroup Upgrades Info.

Do you offer wheelchair accessible seating?

Yes, contact your Timberwolves representative for more information.

Where can I drop off disabled guests?

• Target Center is fully ADA compliant with a drop-off lane on 1st Avenue in front of the building, elevators that are accessible to all levels of the arena, designated disability seating locations and wheelchair accessibility.  • Guests who require use of an elevator should park in Ramp A or B and enter the arena on skyway level. Is there bus parking at the Target Center?

Is there place we can be dropped off and picked up?

• Target Center is fully ADA compliant with a drop-off lane on 1st Avenue in front of the building, elevators that are accessible to all levels of the arena, designated disability seating locations and wheelchair accessibility. • For all other buses, drop off and pick up is located at the Target Field plaza off of 7th Street N.

Where do I park?

For quick access into Target Center and to avoid the use of elevators, fans can park on the third level of Ramp A, when available, and enter directly in the skyway. Fans can also park at Mayo Clinic Square directly across the street from Target Center, connected via skyway. For more information, view the Ramp map.

What is the Target Center bag policy?

• Target Center has a no bag policy that prohibits purses, backpacks, large bags, clutches, camera cases and other similar bags from being carried into the arena.  • Diaper bags and medical bags are allowed.

Does Target Center have a Lost and Found?

Do concessions stands accept cash?

All purchases at Target Center are contactless through the Timberwolves mobile app. Fans never have to miss a moment of game action as they can now place their food, beverage and merchandise orders in the app from their seat. Once a ‘Ready’ message appears on their app, fans can pick-up their order at the designated location. The new mobile ordering experience will enhance fan safety by eliminating cash exchange and waiting in lines.

Digital Ticketing


Can we get a refund if we don't use all of our group tickets?

Group tickets are non-refundable once paid in full. However, you may exchange 10 or more tickets, 72 hours in advance of the game, by contacting your Timberwolves representative directly. Please note, no refunds or exchanges will be offered for unused tickets after the game has been played.

If I need additional tickets can I get them at the discounted price?

Additional tickets can be purchased at the discounted rate up to 2 weeks prior to the game. Within 2 weeks of the game date, additional tickets can be purchased at the single game rate.

At what age does my child need a ticket?

For Timberwolves games, all children under 24 months do not need a ticket, but they must sit on the lap of the ticket holder for the duration of the game. All children 24 months and older require a ticket at the listed price to enter.

Experiences


How old does my child have to be in order to take part in an experience?

For the safety of your child, participants must be at least 6 years old to take part in our experiences. Individual experiences may have age ranges that vary.

How many participants can take part in each experience?

Each experience will vary. For more details, see the Fan Experiences section.

How can I take pictures of my child in their experience?

• Non-participants are not allowed to join participants on the floor level of Target Center. You may take photos of the experience from your seats. • We will capture photos of each fan experience and post them for you to download and keep within one week of each game at www.timberwolves.com/eventphotos

How do I find pictures of the experience that my child took part in?

All experience photos are available for free approximately one week following each game at www.timberwolves.com/eventphotos

Can my child get player autographs or selfies during their experience?

Autographs and selfie photos are not permitted prior to, during or following the fan experiences.

What do I wear to my Fan Experience?

Wolves gear! If your group has a matching jersey or uniform those are great options. No opposing team gear is allowed for Fan Experience participants.

What if I'm late for my Fan Experience?

Fan Experiences take place at specific times during the game therefore, late arriving participants will not be able to take part in their experience.

My child is participating in a Fan Experience. Where can I watch?

Non-participants may watch the experience from their seats or wait in the pick-up area until participants return.

My child is participating in a Fan Experience. Do they need a ticket?

Yes, all fans in attendance at the game over the age of 2 require their own ticket.
