On the day of each game included in your Fast Break Monthly Pass, we'll text you four (4) hours before tip-off to confirm your attendance in the FanHub portal under "Upcoming Events". (If you do not receive the text, you can still confirm your attendance via the FanHub portal starting four (4) hours before tip-off). |

Once you have told us that you will attend the game that day, you will receive another text two (2) hours before tip-off with your randomly assigned seat location(s). To view your seats, tap the Tickets icon on the bottom menu of the Orlando Magic App sponsored by Verizon and sign in to your Ticketmaster account by tapping "Manage Tickets". (Be sure to use the same email address you used to purchase your Fast Break Monthly Pass). |

Current monthly passholders can update the phone number and credit card on file for their account by logging into the FanHub portal at any time. Account information can be found in the top left-hand corner of the FanHub portal and edited by clicking on the pencil icon.
Want to sit with other Fast Break Pass holders each game? Visit the FanHub portal under "Sit With a Friend" to create a new ticket group and invite friends to sit with you! (Everyone in your group will need to confirm their attendance for each game three hours before tip-off to be seated together).
Current Fast Break Monthly Pass holders can add on up to two single-game passes for specific games throughout the season that are included in their pass. Any guest tickets purchased on your account will be seated together with you. Guest ticket prices will vary by game and can be purchased in the FanHub portal under "Ticket Plans".
On the 15th of each month, current Fast Break Monthly Pass
holders will receive an email announcing the games included in
your pass for the upcoming month
(e.g., the email on October 15 will announce the November
monthly pass games).
Your card on file will automatically be charged
for the next month's pass on the 26th of each month
(e.g., charged on October 26 for the November monthly
pass). If you would like to skip the next month or discontinue
your pass entirely, you may opt out via the
FanHub portal
anytime between the 15th and 25th.
