OMYF | Donation Requests

The Orlando Magic proudly supports a variety of youth focused charities and organizations each year. We are happy to support your upcoming fundraising efforts through in-kind donations and pride ourselves on being able to provide fundraising support to local nonprofit groups, while strengthening our relationships within the community.

Due to the large volume of requests we receive, we have established a regional policy to provide fundraising assistance to non-profit organizations located within Central Florida only (Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties).

Terms and Restrictions

We currently only support non-profit organizations operating in Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties.
Non-profit organizations requesting items MUST support youth within the following pillars:
- Arts
- Education
- Health & Wellness
- Homelessness
We can only provide one (1) item, per event, per year.
Depending upon the nature and reach of the event, in-kind donations of autographed team memorabilia, ranging from jerseys, basketballs, and photos, are made.
We cannot guarantee that every donation request will be met.
Your event should not be dependent on receipt of a donation item, as we cannot guarantee an item for your event.

Request Guidelines

Requests MUST be submitted four (4) weeks prior to the date of your event.
Requests submitted less than two (2) weeks before the event are subject to review.
All non-profit organizations must provide proof of 501(C)3 tax-exempt status. A valid Tax-Exempt ID number MUST be submitted for requests to be considered.
If the requesting organization is a business sponsoring a charitable event, please have a member of the charity complete the donation request form on your behalf.

Ineligible Requests

Individual/ Personal requests
School fundraisers
Church events
Beauty pageants or talent shows
Advertising (Yearbooks/Charitable Publications)
Third party fundraisers
Organizations outside the tri-county area
Programs outside the state of Florida
Organizations not supporting youth within OMYF’s focus areas
Parent/Teacher Associations (PTA/PTO Boards and Boosters)
