The Administrator of this Fan Appreciation Night Prize Wheel Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is Chicago Professional Sports Limited Partnership, owner of the Chicago Bulls professional basketball team (“Bulls”), with an address of 1901 W. Madison Street, Chicago, IL 60612, and is presented by BMO Bank, N.A. with an address of 320 S. Canal Street, Floor 8, Chicago, IL, 60606 (“BMO”). All entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions provided in these Official Rules as well as by all interpretations of these Official Rules by the Bulls and by all other decisions of the Bulls, including resolution of disputes in connection with this sweepstakes, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Illinois who are at least 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees and immediate families of employees (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of BMO Bank, Bulls, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities, as well as each of the aforementioned parties’ respective directors, officers, owners, members, employees and agents are not able to enter or win.
The Sweepstakes begins on April 7th at 12:01 AM Chicago time and ends on April 9th at 11:59 AM Chicago time (the “Entry Period”).

Via the Internet: During the Entry Period entrants can go to https://www.nba.com/bulls/fanappreciation (the “Landing Page”) and follow the entry instructions to complete the online entry form. All entrants must accurately complete all required fields or entry will be deemed invalid. In order to participate you will need Internet access and a valid email address. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries per person, including multiple entries by the same entrant using different e-mail addresses, will invalidate ALL entries submitted by that entrant for the entire Entry Period. All entries must be received by the Bulls by April 9th at 11:59 AM Chicago time.
As part of the online entry submission process you may be asked if you wish to receive promotional emails from the Bulls. Consenting to receive promotional emails is optional and is not required for participation in the sweepstakes.
Upon entering the Sweepstakes, entrants will be prompted to “spin” the Fan Appreciation Night Prize Wheel (the “Wheel”) (i.e., on the Landing Page, click the Wheel to make it spin). After clicking the Wheel, it will spin and randomly land on one of the potential prizes. Each entrant will then have the opportunity to win the prize upon which their Wheel landed. Odds of winning each prize depends on the number of entrants whose Wheel lands on that particular prize. The Wheel will consist of 11 spokes, each of which will include one of the ten (10) potential prizes. The ten (10)) potential prizes include (i) one set of (2) lower-level tickets to the Bulls vs. Knicks home game at the United Center on April 9th, (ii) an autographed Bulls item (five (5) total), or (iii) a BMO Hat Artist Series Box (four (4) total).
11 winners will be selected randomly from a pool of other entrants whose Wheel landed on the same prize as such entrant. The winners will be selected randomly on or about April 9th from among all eligible entries received. Winner(s) will be contacted by Carter Rayburn by phone or email on or about April 9th. In the event the winner cannot be contacted within 72 hours of the initial email or phone notification or declines the prize another winner will be randomly selected from the eligible entries received.
It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify the Bulls if his or her contact information and/or e-mail address changes. To do so, send an e-mail to .com with the new contact information. The Bulls and/or the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, owners, shareholders, members, employees sponsors, licensees, successors, assigns and agents are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic; including without limitation the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online, or for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, destroyed, delayed, stolen, misdirected or illegible entries. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of Bulls and will not be returned.
Winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release attesting to the fact that he/she is 18 years of age or older, as well as other terms and conditions as designated by the Bulls and consent to the use of his/her likeness in order to collect a prize.
The prize winners will receive either (i) one set of (2) lower-level tickets to the Bulls vs. Knicks home game at the United Center on April 9th, (ii) an autographed Bulls item, or (iii) a BMO Hat Artist Series Box Total approximate retail value of the tickets and autographed items are $300 each. The retail value of the BMO Hat Box is $150.
Retail value reflects unautographed merchandise. Retail value of hand signed merchandise is subject to fluctuation based on the featured player and current market value at the time of prize award.
The winning prize is non-transferable to any other person, including relatives or friends. The name of the winner(s) can be obtained by writing “Fan Appreciation Night Wheel Sweepstakes” c/o Chicago Bulls 1901 W. Madison Street, Chicago, IL 60612.
The prize winner who wins the Bulls tickets and his/her guest must agree to comply with all NBA venue rules and regulations relating to the use of NBA regular and post-season tickets (as applicable) and, in accordance therewith, agree not to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with any intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at such game. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of prize or prize element. Specific seat locations will be determined in the Bulls’ sole discretion.
The prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and any expenses associated with the sweepstakes, unless otherwise indicated. No substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of prize permitted except at the Bulls option for a prize of comparable or greater value.
No purchase necessary to enter or win a prize. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. The odds of winning each prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received whose spin of the Wheel lands on each particular prize.
By entering, each entrant agrees to follow the Sweepstakes Official Rules and forever releases, discharges, and waives any and all claims, liabilities and actions of any kind, howsoever caused or arising and whether by negligence, any intentional act or otherwise, that entrant may have or that may arise against BMO Bank N.A., the Bulls, Chicago Bulls Limited Partnership, BSV Limited Partnership, At Your Service LLC, At Your Service Management Corp., CBLS Corp., United Center Joint Venture, and/or the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, related entities, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, and sponsors, as well as each of the aforementioned parties’ respective directors, officers, owners, shareholders, members, employees, representatives, successors, assigns and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”), with respect to or arising out of either (i) entrant’s participation; or (ii) the receipt or use of the prizes (including but not limited to the substitution or changing of any prizing) awarded in the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries, including but not limited to data entry errors resulting from or caused by the entering, keying, or mis-keying of the required information by entrants; (f) injury or damage to persons or property, including loss of data, that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize; (g) the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of any Prize; or (h) the impact of any epidemic, pandemic, governmental directive or other cause outside the reasonable control of a Released Party. By entering, each entrant further agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties and their insurers against any and all damages, costs, judgments, and/or expenses (including but not limited to attorneys’ fees and/or other legal fees) they may incur as a result of claims made against them in connection with either (i) entrant’s participation; or (ii) the receipt or use of the prizes (including but not limited to the substitution or changing of any prizing) awarded in the sweepstakes. PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” WITH NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE BULLS DISCLAIM ALL AND ANY LIABILITY FOR THE ACTUAL QUALITY OR NATURE OF ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE ACCEPTED BY THE WINNER.
Neither the Released Parties nor any of their service providers are responsible for (i) stolen, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, lost, misrouted, scrambled, damaged, delayed, undelivered, mutilated, or garbled entries, transmissions, email or mail; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Bulls that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the Sweepstakes, acceptance, possession, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; (vi) any printing or typographical error in any material associated with the Sweepstakes; (vii) any other errors, problems or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, network, computer, telephone, wireless service, mail, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties that may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of a prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; or (viii) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION ASSOCIATED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, TAMPER WITH THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE BULLS WILL DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT, AND THE BULLS AND THE APPLICABLE RELEASED PARTIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY ENTRANT OR INDIVIDUAL(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules or any affidavit will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of the Official Rules or any affidavit is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained therein. No failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall constitute a waiver of that provision. These Official Rules may be modified for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes. If for any reason the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) is not capable of being executed as planned, or in the case of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, action of entrants, technical failures or any other causes that in the opinion of the Chicago Bulls corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof), the Bulls reserve the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any suspect entry or entrant and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof). Entrants not complying with all terms set forth in these Official Rules are subject to disqualification.
In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials, privacy policy or terms of use on the Sweepstakes website and/or the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in the Bulls’ sole and absolute discretion. The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the state of Illinois.
Except where prohibited by law, in consideration for being permitted to participate in this Sweepstakes and the opportunity to win the prizes offered in this Sweepstakes, each entrant hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of the entrant’s name, likeness, voice, photograph, performance, personal statements and/or biographical information in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by BMO Bank, Bulls and/or the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, licensees, successors and assigns.
BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (B) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (C) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; (D) ENTRANTS’ REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF; AND (E) ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY AGREES TO BRING ANY ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS, OR THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF ILLINOIS (IF JURISDICTIONAL PREREQUISITES ARE SATISFIED).
The Bulls reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the sweepstakes and/or change dates or prizes (to a prize of equal or greater value) relating to the promotion in case of schedule changes, acts of God, force majeure events, computer viruses, bugs, corruption or unfairness of the security or administration of the sweepstakes, or for any other reason at the sole discretion of the Bulls. Any entrant that enters the Sweepstakes via a fake account (e.g., bot account) will be disqualified. If the Bulls cannot determine the identity of the person based upon the information submitted via the entry form, the respective entrant will be disqualified.
