Throughout the 2023-24 season, we are highlighting local Chicago Black owned businesses that are making a difference in our communities and helping build a stronger Chicago.

Eb & Flow
Eboni Howard and her mother, Peggy Howard Moore, are the founders of Eb & Flow Yoga Studio located in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood. They were inspired to start Eb & Flow after a yoga teacher training program in Sedona, Arizona. Eb & Flow was created to transform the community through the power of yoga by creating a space for deeper meaning, better health, and a way to sustain inner peace despite how busy and stressful life can be. Classes are offered in-person and online seven days a week.
