FAQ

It’s easy! Simply click Reserve Pacers Group Tickets and fill out the form. Or you can call our Group Sales Department at (317) 917-2827 (press option 2). All you need to reserve your outing is a fully refundable $100 deposit.

With just 10 or more people, you can get a special group rate! And with 50 or more people in your group, you’ll qualify for unique once-in-a-lifetime Fan Experiences such as joining the Pacers players on the court during player introductions, participating in on-court presentations in front of thousands of Pacers fans, or even cutting down the nets after the game! To see all of our Fan Experiences, click here.

We’ll work with you to spread the word and sell more tickets so your outing is as successful as possible. Need help customizing a message about your group outing? We can put one together for you. Want us to create a flyer, order form, or content for a website or social media page? We can do that, too. We’ll even come on site for a big meeting to help sell tickets!

Your Pacers Group Sales Representative will provide a deadline when full payment is due for your group’s tickets. Between the time you reserve your group outing and your deadline, you’ll collect payment for all the tickets your group needs. When the deadline hits, your Group Sales Representative will work out a method for collecting the payment.

You are not responsible for any tickets you don’t need. Simply pay for those you do need by the deadline. Your Pacers Group Sales Representative will work with you to ensure you have an appropriate amount of seats on reserve throughout the time you’re marketing your outing. If you need more seats than you originally reserved, simply contact your Group Sales Representative—as long as we have more tickets available, we can reserve more seats for you.

The Entry Pavilion is the main and only entrance of Gainbridge Fieldhouse. There are 4 common entry points:

  • Pennsylvania Street doors
  • Delaware Street doors
  • Gainbridge Court (the alley located between Gainbridge Fieldhouse and the Maryland Street Parking Garage)
  • The Skyway above Delaware Street that connects the Entry Pavilion to the Virginia Avenue Garage

Children aged 24 months (2 years) or younger do not need a ticket to the game. If your child is older than 24 months, he or she does need a ticket to the game. Tickets are the same price regardless of the person’s age.

Please contact your Pacers Group Sales Representative right away. He or she will contact the box office on your behalf to check availability. Every accommodation will be made to get wheelchair accessible tickets as close to the rest of your group as possible. Wheelchair accessible tickets are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Simply contact your dedicated Pacers Group Sales Representative. We can always reprint group tickets if they’re lost or stolen. We highly recommend the group leader keep track of which tickets he or she gives out to each person in the group. This way, if only one person loses their ticket, we know exactly which ticket to reprint. When tickets are reprinted, our system automatically cancels the barcodes on the original tickets. So, if the original tickets are found after a new batch of tickets has been printed, please destroy and get rid of the original tickets—they will not be valid.

Check your ticket prior to attending your Pacers game. You can always see what your view will look like from your seats by going to our virtual venue online: www.pacers.com/map

There are 3 levels in Gainbridge Fieldhouse:

  • Lower Level
  • Krieg DeVault Club Level
  • Balcony Level

Be careful not to confuse the Lower Balcony with the Lower Level or the Krieg DeVault Club Level. There’s a big difference not only in seat location, but also in price and benefits. Seats in the Lower Level and Krieg DeVault Club Level are sold at a higher price than seats in the Balcony because of their close proximity to the court and the amazing benefits that come with them.

Due to limited space, we can’t allow parents or guardians to come down to the court to be a part of the Fan Experience; parents and guardians may go to their purchased seats to watch the Fan Experience. We do allow 1 or 2 chaperones to accompany the participants when the Group Sales Representative escorts them down to the court level. The Pacers also have a professional photographer who takes photos of all Fan Experiences at each game, and your group will receive this photo a few days after the game.

We require that groups who have a Fan Experience package meet a certain ticket minimum in order to enjoy the privilege of playing or performing in front of thousands of Pacers fans! For all Fan Experiences—whether your high school team is playing a basketball game during a Court of Dreams session or your child is performing during a show time or singing the National Anthem—everyone needs a purchased ticket and a designated seat for a Pacers game.

If you arrive late for a Fan Experience, please go to a guest relations desk, located in both the Entry Pavilion and on the main concourse. Let the guest relations attendant know the name of the group you’re with and which Fan Experience you are participating in. If there is still enough time, a Pacers Group Sales Representative will make an attempt to meet you at the guest relations desk and escort you to the appropriate place. If you are too late, then you forfeit your opportunity to participate.

Pacers gear is preferred! We also ask that you consider the Pacers’ opponent on the night of your Fan Experience. If you’re wearing any colors or logos that represent the opposing team, you’ll forfeit your opportunity to participate in the Fan Experience. Please also be aware that you will forfeit your opportunity to participate in the Fan Experience if you are wearing any clothing that promotes violence, profanity, or anything that is potentially offensive to any race, gender, religion, or national origin.

Your food voucher can be redeemed at any Fieldhouse Favorites location. Gift vouchers must be redeemed prior to halftime.

Go to Sections 7 & 8 or Sections 13 & 14 on the main concourse directly following the game.

The Indiana Pacers will handle your group’s situation on a case-by-case basis. We pride ourselves on extending excellent customer service, and we’ll do everything we can to make sure your group is taken care of. In the unlikely event that your Pacers game is cancelled due to inclement weather, your original tickets will be valid for whenever that game is rescheduled. If your group is coming from an area where travel is prohibited, but the Pacers game is still on schedule to be played, we will work with you to find another game to attend at a later date and time.
