THOMPSON MOVES INTO EIGHTH ALL-TIME IN MADE 3-POINTERS
Klay Thompson headed into Tuesday's contest just two made 3-pointers away from passing Vince Carter for eighth all-time in made threes. Thompson reached that milestone in the first quarter, scoring 10 points in the frame and hitting two 3-pointers.

Thompson hit a pair of clutch 3-pointers in the final five minutes of regulation, finishing with 24 points and six treys.

15-2 SECOND QUARTER RUN
The Warriors surrendered 40 points to the Celtics in the first quarter, tied for the most they've given up in a quarter all season and trailed by 10. However, midway through the second quarter, they jumped out to a 15-2 run, taking a two-point lead, 56-54. The Dubs outscored Boston 32-25 in the quarter and trailed by three at the break.

CURRY GETS IN FOUL TROUBLE
With 6:07 remaining in the third quarter, Stephen Curry picked up his fifth personal foul. The Celtics got Curry into foul trouble by using their size advantage and forcing switches to make him guard a taller offensive player in the post. Jaylen Brown converted the and-1 layup that ultimately forced him to the bench. After losing Brandin Podziemski due to a lower back strain, the Warriors were without two starting guards for the majority of the third quarter.

CURRY COMES IN CLUTCH
Despite having five fouls, Stephen Curry played the entire fourth quarter and sacrificed his body to draw a critical charge on Jaylen Brown. On the ensuing possession, he splashed in a three, cutting the deficit to one. With 1:36 remaining, Curry hit a step-back trey to knot the score at 121. He scored 13 points in the fourth quarter on 5-for-7 shooting to help send the game into overtime. Curry also played all of overtime, scoring seven points and hitting a 3-pointer with 10.6 seconds left to seal the game.
