Wizards Wellness: Strength & Conditioning - Pivot Matrix

This drill works on rapid acceleration and deceleration as well as challenges balance and body control in multiple planes and positions. It’s a great warmup and prep for the ankles/knees/hips/groin. Keys to success on the pivot matrix: start slow and demonstrate body control through each position. As you feel more comfortable and can go through each movement in good posture and control, start to move faster and reach farther.
